Important Information

  • Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
  • If the location is far off from SIC pick-up points our operations team will coordinate with you.
  • The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
  • Guests can enjoy Food, Souvenirs, Shopping, and Rides at Global Village at their own cost.
  • For safety reasons, children must wear the safety wristband provided by the ticket booths and Information Kiosk.
  • Animals or pets are not allowed inside Global Village.
  • Outside food and beverage will not be permitted within the Global Village.
  • Guests on any type of wheels (rollers, skateboards, hoverboards, bicycles, tricycles…) will not be accepted inside Global Village.
  • Respectful attire (covered torso, including shoulders and covered legs, including knees) must be worn by male and female guests at all times.
  • The last entry to the park is allowed only 30 Mins before the park closing time.
  • Guests who are above the age of 65 Years & below 3 years can enter for free.
  • Value tickets are valid only on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 4 PM – 12 midnight.
  • Tuesdays are family and ladies' days when only families and women will be admitted to the Park. The only exception is if a Tuesday coincides with a public holiday.

    When I heard about it, I didn't realize the flexibility that Alibaba Tours provides and we skipped the attractions queue instantly using digital tickets and with a decent discount. Even payment was quick n easy.

    Global Village was awesome. Its so colorful and bright... the carnival in the global village was fun to watch. Definitely recommended and the Alibaba Tours ticket was very simple. I just needed to show it to the security and he scanned it.. did not have to stand in a ticket queue. A must see experience... among the best that Dubai offers

    Definitely a must to visit! You can get everything in this one place! Although be prepared to do A LOT of walking as the surface area of this village is massive. They sell souvenirs, abayas, food, etc. at much cheaper prices than what you get outside. So I would suggest save your money to buy those things here. The place is extremely wonderful. If you reach at 4pm, you can start catching the beautiful sunset when it happens. You may also want to have a light breakfast and lunch before visiting as you will definitely want to try many different snacks here!
